Founded in 2006, Osman Engineering PLLC (OE PLLC) is a civil engineering firm located in Yuma, Arizona with an additional office in El Centro, California. Our guiding mission is simple: "Service excellence with great customer satisfaction."

We provide engineering services throughout Arizona and California, with a focus on serving Yuma and El Centro residents. But our capabilities stretch beyond state lines. Our principal holds engineering licenses not only in Arizona and California but also in several other states, including Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Maine, Missouri, New Mexico, Utah, Virginia, and Washington. And our pursuit of excellence doesn't stop there; we're actively working towards obtaining licenses in additional states.
