Quechan Housing

This housing program is dedicated to serving the elders of the Fort Yuma Quechan Indian Tribe. The development consists of 12 thoughtfully designed duplex units, each featuring two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Every unit is fully ADA-compliant, ensuring accessibility, comfort, and independence for the residents.

With a focus on safety, functionality, and inclusivity, this project reflects a deep respect for the Quechan Tribe’s elders, providing a welcoming community that enhances their quality of life and honors their legacy.
